At Education in Crisis (EiC), we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability. We encourage anyone—whether a staff member, partner, beneficiary, or external stakeholder—to report any concerns related to misconduct, safeguarding violations, unethical behavior, fraud, discrimination, or any form of abuse.
How to Raise a Concern
You can report a concern directly to the EiC Safeguarding Focal Point using the confidential reporting form at the bottom of this page. You may also choose to submit your concern via email at report@eduincrisis.org or PSEA@eduincrisis.org.
If you prefer to remain anonymous, we encourage you to provide a detailed written description of your concern without including identifying information. All concerns will be handled in a secure, confidential, and impartial manner.
What Happens When You Raise a Concern?
Once your concern is submitted, it will be reviewed promptly by our Safeguarding Focal Point. Your report will be handled in accordance with EiC’s:
- Whistleblowing & Reporting Policy
- Code of Conduct and Ethical Guidelines
- Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy
- Anti-Fraud, Anti-Bribery, and Corruption Policy
- Preventing Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (PSEA) Policy
After a thorough investigation, and depending on the nature of the issue, you may receive feedback or a summary of the outcome, while we continue to maintain confidentiality.
Is It Safe to Raise a Concern?
Yes. EiC is committed to protecting all whistleblowers from retaliation, discrimination, or reprisal. We take seriously our duty to ensure that individuals who speak up are respected, heard, and safeguarded. Reporting a concern helps us improve as an organization and hold ourselves accountable to our values and the communities we serve.
